Where are CAPiTA snowboards manufactured?
All CAPiTA snowboards are handcrafted in Austria at our own 100% clean energy production facility, The Mothership, which is the most advanced snowboard factory in the world.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for new boards?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do CAPiTA snowboards come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This does not cover impact damage from rocks, rails, or trees.
How do I choose the right board size for my riding style?
We recommend checking our specific size charts for each model. Generally, you should consider your weight and boot size first, then adjust based on whether you prefer park riding (shorter) or powder/freeride (longer).
What is your return policy for unused gear?
We accept returns on unused, unmounted items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of the board.
