We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your board or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that mounted snowboards or items showing signs of use on the mountain are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused gear in its original shipping box, ensuring all protective factory film and hangtags are intact.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment to verify its new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
